Bridge Plaza — Mankato

Greater Mankato’s most anticipated development project is slated to begin in 2018. Bridge Plaza is an upscale, mix-used complex that will feature 5 floors of Class A office space, 2 floors of luxury apartments, and an extensive list of amenities inlcuding balconies overlooking the Minnesota River and Downtown Mankato, baseboard supplemental heat throughout, unit washer and dryer, storage rooms and heated parking.  Building features a fitness center and a plaza with seating area and bistro.
