Specialized in the marketing, acquisition and disposition of Commercial Real Estate via both traditional and auction methods of marketing.   Her experience expands across property management, new development, design build, retail, leasing, land, tenant and seller representation, zoning and entitlements. Kelee Lee Walton was instrumental in changing legislation in Arizona for the benefit of shopping center development and sign code regulating freeway pylon and comprehensive sign plans.   To give back she performs and consults with Charities across the country, raising Millions of Dollars each year as a Fundraising Auctioneer & Consultant.
