Alan has transferred his experience as President of a Plastics business and knowledge of manufacturing operations for over 22 years, into the Commercial Real Estate Industry. A graduate of Westminster Choir College in Princeton with a Bachelor of Music Education degree, the Professional School of Business with a Real Estate Sales Associate License, the American School of Business with a Real Estate Brokers License (2006), and recently received a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) designation as well (2013). Alan has continued his professional education by earning 17 diplomas in Coldwell Banker Commercial's continuing education, and is constantly updating his industry knowledge to be on the cutting edge of our current market. He continues to live with his wife Debra in Westfield, where he's been a resident for over 35 years.
